No Bake Energy Bites

I love this recipe because it’s quick, easy and makes a lot! It helps curb my never-ending sweet tooth, and it’s perfect to pop a couple in my mouth on my way to a workout. These energy bites have all you need in a great balance of protein, fat and carbs.

The whole family loves them, too: My kids think hey taste like cookies, while my hubby breaks them up and puts them in his yogurt in place of granola.
