To avoid the “Corona15” (kind of like the Freshman15), we bring you a new challenge. It’s totally free with the tools you need to keep the pounds away.  

Get guidance on nutrition, meal planning, and productively working out during these challenging times, as well as a cool exercise band with exercises printed on it as a backup.

Each week for three weeks, attend one challenge meeting via Zoom and do two virtual workouts. If you check into those, you’ll get a unique challenge t-shirt that we design together.
